WOW what a meeting – Dr Andrew Kneebone chair, Dr Geoff Schembri and A/Prof Louise Emmett presented the latest information at their finger tips regarding the value of Ga 68 PSMA. The message from the night is that PSMA is proving to be a game changer in the detection of prostate cancer. Dr Geoff Schembri and shared his current experience with using PSMA at RNSH and A/Prof Louise Emmett followed by going through the clinical trials that are being conducted at St Vincent’s.
Dr Kneebone organised a panel to discuss the value of this product with some very key specialists and the future for diagnosing prostate cancer is looking clearer.
Meeting was held on 22 October 2015 in conjunction with Sydney Vital and supported by Sanofi, AstraZeneca, Astellas, over 70 relevant professionals were in attendance at this meeting.
